What that locations shows is that the document was opened from the email and automatically stored in a temp location. He didn't actively save it to that location. but he certainly opened the document and read it.

fk me he has just hung himself out to dry there...
It also shows it was printed to hard copy.

He's a very dishonest man, he's just publicly humiliating himself.

Shame we can't get a shot of his Solicitor, he must have his / her head in his / her hands!

" I don't feel guilty" first thing he's been honest about!

He probably thinks if you delete a file it's never going to be found, ever ever everer again .

His lack of It understanding is now going to used to hang him.

Sir Wyn's voice was one of disbelief and depression there I thought. I'm half expecting/hoping for him to step in at some point.

Has Singh not reached the point where he should be considering not answering questions as he might incriminate himself? He has his own solicitor there to advise him, although as a 'top' legal he should really know how deep into this he is now.

Imagine being up against this bloke in a court case, with all the financial resources behind him, knowing you are innocent.

It's the stuff of your worst nightmares.

I hope some of these people are prosecuted for perverting the course of justice, they really need to go to prison for what they have done.

So that's a pretty clearly landed punch.

The question now is if the tapestry can show that he wasn't a singular, rogue operator (all organisations want to cough up a bad apple/find a fall guy) but that it was part of an overall picture of a culture of cover-ups....

There is plenty of evidence that this was an organisation wide conspiracy including the external legal teams and the supplier, Fujitsu.

In days gone by, somebody would have handed him a gun, with a single round in it.

It was a single-barrelled shotgun.

He missed.

I would agree. What I meant was that I want the inquiry to be able to robustly evidence that through all of this.

What is saddest about this is that no-one actually wants to help make this better. They're all acting like they are defendants in criminal proceedings - tells me all I need to know about their mindsets now and then.

How did his PA have access and login to his PC? It was his username on the Outlook cache / email.

Or is he just lying...

I'm too stupid to understand anything, me. But I can answer questions you haven't asked yet.

This is outrageous. Bring on the Steininator because I sense Mr Beer is flagging now.
