Quite a difference in forecast for the coming week between BBC and MetOffice. Met says cloudy eith little chance of rain. BBC are saying good chance of rain every day from tomorrow through the weekend.

Today at least its glorious. Sun isn shinning.

First day of “real spring” this morning in Beds? Up early to a lovely blue sky and a drive in the Caterham this morning. A bit chilly in the air first thing but warm in the sunshine and the air temperature is coming up nicely now…

Amazing the difference it makes to your mood!

Properly miserable in West Devon yesterday and today - cold, very wet and windy. Feels like autumn.

I seeded the lawn on Sunday so rain is required but I'm also going to tax the bike this afternoon which requires warm sunshine without any rain for maximum enjoyment.

Apologies in advance when it starts to rain frogs and the swarms of locusts that will follow.

Glorious in West Berks. We managed to run off solar powered batteries overnight, sun hit the roof just as they were about to run out of juice. Electricity imported today = 5Wh (ie almost nothing).

Big storms forecast in northern France tomorrow - heavy rain and a small storm threat for central southern England.

Just had lunch, sat in the garden - which was odd.

19 degrees and blue skies here today. Hooray! Today marks the first "proper" day of good weather up here in the North East, I think it's the first time it's gone over 13 Deg all year.

First of May and it finally feels justified posting in this thread, we’ve had a few nice mornings in a row here near Winchester.

It’s still a little cold in the mornings, but it *feels* like spring more than it has done in the last two months!

Forecast for the foreseeable has switched to “well at least it’s not freezing” option.

I’ve put shorts on today. Not just because my jeans are in the wash, but also because it’s a lovely day!

Weird isn’t it?

Hott’ish & it’s humid and stormy like when the weather wants to break after a period of hot weather, not a day & a half of it…….
