BARS - Oulton Park

I have booked (after a long time thinking about it) the BARs course at Oulton Park for me and my son. Any tips or experience anyone wants to share?

We have previously done Harewood Hillclimb, a track day at Cadwell, and a days Rallyschool with TI Rally, so hope we have enough experience. Watching the East Riding Stages has prompted us to get the licences sorted!

Well, after a bit of confusion about not having all the correct application forms (no mention of this when booking the test...) we did eventually sit and pass the practical and theory tests and now have the licences to allow us to go rallying!

Just need to find some suitable events now...

You probably already know this, but here is a list of all rallies in UK & Ireland in 2024.

Closed road tarmac rallies and the better single venues fill up quickly, so you generally have to get an entry in as soon as they open.
