I have no idea what Ineos sales targets might be, but 70 new registrations during Q1 2024 in the UK, does not seem very many.
Any thoughts on the initial progress of this fantastic project ?

I think its been underwhelming to say the least . Farmers still prefer the Japanese offerings and the Chelsea Brigade the JLR ones . The Car Industry is littered with vanity projects and although I hope the Ineos doesn't become one , I am beginning to wonder about Sir Jim .

I live in what should be one of their ideal locations, on the edge of the countryside, with Bristol (and Clifton, the posh bit) the other side. However, the farmers round here are desperately clinging onto their old Defenders, even having them rebuilt in a couple of cases, or buying ATV / side by side type things, which tbf are probably faster than an old Landie laugh I haven't noticed any new Jap pick ups, but there are a couple of new Defender 90 commercials going round that are obviously used for work. The only Grenadier I have actually seen on the road was in Clifton village and it was getting a lot of attention, despite the Ferrari and Lambo doing laps. Not sure if it was just the novelty value, but it did look pretty good to me.
