15" Tyres and Wheels downgrade on 2015 Suzuki Swift Sport

I have just bought a 2015 Suzuki Swift Sport and would prefer to use a 15" Wheel and Tyre (From 195 45 17) like I have heard they do on the Ring and also in Gravel trials as suits my roads better. Can anybody help any input I have tried email the Ring etc but they now moved onto Mini's no looking at Specs on Gravel / track set up

A couple of thoughts:

1. Will 15" wheels fit over the brake discs?

2. What size wheels did the non-Sport Swifts use?

195/45/17 to 195/50/15 will be a pain for speedo calibration etc, being over 5% out compared to the OE calibration.

I'd suggest going down to 205/50/16 instead if you can, which is <1% change, you may need a spacer for clearance but it'll be very close to OEM fit anyway.

Also note what wheel and tyre options were available for the Swift range, insurance is generally okay with a swap to something used elsewhere in the range.
