I'm a bit miffed as I have just had the fuel pump recall done on my MY20 Pure and only 500 odd miles later the car went into limp mode (total mileage is 14k). Alpine have recovered the car and say the cause is a faulty vacum solenoid valve - only an £84 part but it is on back order with no idea of when they will get the part in.

From a quick search I can't see anyone having suffered a similar fate and my Alpine dealer tells me its a first for them.

Has anyone had this happen to them / any suggestions on how to get some urgency into Alpine so I can get my car back? I was thinking of ringing round Alpine / Renault dealers to see if anyone has part no. R149304569 in stock.

Thanks,

CMD

Parts supply seems to an issue. Either they have it or you could be waiting interminably.

I ended up getting a part (for replacement under warranty) from a breakers. If I were you and the part isn’t currently available I’d go that route. There are a few being broken on eBay currently.

Good shout, I'll look into this option.
