Do you know what I can replace it with?

Hi. Another idea which I did with mine many years ago was to get a local trimmer to trim over the original black vinyl and have them colour coded to your seats.

But it's the foam or cardboard inside that's completely damaged.

That's fine. Then the other option is for any competent coach trimmer to strip the originals down and rebuild the internals then recover in hide. The important part of the visor is the tube that the arm rotates in. As long as that's OK and the visor doesn't flop down it should be a straight forward job.
