Adrian Newey to Ferrari? Is it possible?

My Ferrari (sadly not a 250) is currently covered in road grime on the drive - even the bloke at the MoT station commented that "it doesn't look very loved". Mechanically, yes. Externally, what's the point, someone will always come along and put their door into it at the supermarket.thegreenhell said:
Imagine all the cool stories you could tell your grandkids about how clean you kept your Ferrari.

Strangely, it is possible to enjoy driving your cars and enjoy keeping them clean. Or

Not in England! It's a virtuous circle.
Until it consumes you, that is.
My friend used to be a successful dog stylist, successful enough to support a couple of Ferraris. He drove them and he cleaned them and he drove them and cleaned, and he was happy. Whilst it remained a hobby, that is.
It soon became compulsion, then a canker, and ultimately a crisis. He wouldn't look at a dog anymore. His life was just a series of drives to Halfords for car cleaning products, and then sponge-fuelled cleaning binges. He didn't stop at 2 buckets, he had 12. He disregarded usage instructions and used entire bottles of shampoo per wash. He bought a hoover to hoover the hoover he used to hoover the interior.
Soon, he was spending all his cash on lambswool mitts, ceramic treatments, distilled water, and those little cotton wool pads that you only use to take off eye makeup or apply car detailing stuff. He neglected to eat, to sleep, to wash himself, even (though he always had clean hands).
The story doesn't have a good ending, and it's becoming painful to tell, plus the tears that will soon come will leave unpleasant crusty salty marks on my desk. I couldn't stand them, they remind me too much of my friend and his abhorrence of water marks. So here, I must end. But, I beg you, please just get professional to clean your car.

From Zak... Who has plainly been on board with EJ brand bullst to ps off Horner since this whole thing began!No... Newey is not going to go to McLaren. EJ made a joke, not an accidental slip.

It amused me when EJ tried to get Zak on stage during the Newey interview, but Zak had already left the building...
EJ 100% playing up to the media jolly that Newey is a free agent and it's all very exciting... All eyes on Newey! (and on his affiliated Yacht builder, gloss over that..)He's already done the deal with Ferrari.
