Thanks for the reply.
I have watch that YouTube video and thought that would be the fix needed, my only problem is finding the Autokit. Apk file to download or where to download from.
Also the app for the Camera where do I download that from.
If this is not something you really deal with can you advise me where I can go or who I can speak to.
Regards Dean.

WOW - I found the slot under the button as you said - MANY thanks for that
Why hide it - the button was hard to lift - I'd never have found it unless told - ought to be in the manual?

Now all I need is the SD card with the maps?? Where do I get that [or download it maybe from] Any ideas?

I'm informed that there should be links printed in the manual for the relevant Android apps to make this all work. I'll enclose the links below, hopefully this is the software that will make your unit click into life!
For CP02/03 -
https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21ANgtRkfmxvxH...
For DVR -
https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21AJIb3gdpIdfg...
I appreciate the technical nature of this, and appreciate your patience with it! If this doesn't work I'll get into further technical support for you.
Many thanks,
XTRONS.

If you have the serial number of your unit, I can point you in the direction of the right SD card - we use mapping software called KUDOS.
Also apologies for the manual confusion. There may be some translation issues in there, we're working to rectify that over our whole product range.
Many thanks,
XTRONS.

Thanks for the link - How can I tell whether my unit is windows or android??
Their software is only for windows?
Also the software being 2017 is out of date - any links to more recent maps, or software which is FOC so I can try the unit out?

What is the serial number in the manual please? I should be able to find the info you're looking for from this.
The unit will be tied into its operating system i.e. if it runs on Android 9.0, you won't be able to upgrade to Android 10, but the maps should be similar enough to work so long as the card is matched to the serial number.
Hope that makes sense?
Many thanks,

There is no number in the manual - so I don't know which unit I have - see picture of manual - maybe you can tell me which unit it is?

In that case, the serial number would almost certainly be printed on a sticker on the unit. However, to find this would mean unscrewing the whole thing. You can of course do this, but let's try and avoid that...
Would you mind taking a picture of the main menu of the stereo, when it is switched on? We may be able to ascertain what it is from there.
Sorry for the complexity!
Best,

Hi Rene,I think we've found it! That's a WinCE unit, which should work with this memory card -

Sorry it was such an epic.
Any more problems, let us know!
Many thanks,

hi Xtrons
a few years ago I had one of your units in my mk2 focus and I had to get rid of it because you had to twist the volume knob over and over to get the sound to go down. there was no option to adjust the sensitivity in the settings.
have your newer units addressed this issue (it looked fantastic by the way)
cheers

I had an after market unit fitted at first (different make to yours).
1. Didn't like the huge bunch of wires involved in the conversion. All plug and play but just too many.
2. The radio reception was terrible (the reason I swapped it).
3. The sat-nav was hopeless, stopped trying to use it.
Went back to a non sat-nav genuine unit for the radio and a dongle for bluetooth.
