accidentally rolled front wheels over white stop line

hi, I was driving on the A40 Westway today and stopped at a red light before the white line I believe.
While waiting, after at least a while as the first change of traffic lights (turning at junction) I accidentally let the car roll forward a few inches. It was very slow, just creeping, and very brief.
I know it’s not the right thing to do - I was en route home from exercising and very tired, and my calf seized up. It was only inches.
I know there’s a red light camera there but I don’t know if I got flashed. Didn’t see anything but was in rightmost lane and camera is on left. Three lanes. Very sunny.
Should I expect a NIP?

What is done is done, only worry about the things you can change.
Going over the stop, while technically illegal, you are very unlikely to receive any punishment.
If a police officer was present, you may have got a word or two, but unlikely anything more.
To add. It pisses me off when cars to the left or right of me roll forward, because, when the lights change, you can’t easily check for last minute straggling pedestrians.

I have only studied one red light camera in detail, (whilst waiting at the light)

It appears that there is a sensor in the road either side of the white line (one in each lane) that would detect a vehicle passing over it when the light is red.
I have never thought about riding up between them on my bike - that would be bad
I hear anecdotally red light cameras also act as speed cameras when the light is green, but as speeding is also bad, that is good maybe?
For the op, it is unlikely rolling forward a few inches would trigger this type of sensor.
Of course, there may be other types of red light camera not found on the A23, so don't take this as definitive.

The red light cameras that do speeding as well can be spotted as there will be the calibration white lines painted on the road.Well, the new ones that have been installed local to us.
