Making a fence and neighbours tights

A long time ago, I put a fence along the front of my house.

Just as I was tidying up, the chap opposite came out of his house and insisted (quite aggressively) that I took it down. His complaint was that the sun was reflecting off it and he was struggling to watch his TV

Confronting someone who just spend the last 6 hours on a hot day putting up a fence was possibly not the best timing. I suggested that he could close his curtains, watch TV at night or just FRO.

My neighbour on the other hand was quite happy.
