All those built-in speakers give me the ick. How many audio visual technologies have we seen invented and then made obsolete in the last 20 years?

It's like wall-mounted tellies sitting in an alcove exactly the right size. Every time you upgrade, you need to get a plasterer in.
So long as they aren't "smart" and just go back to a wiring closet then they'll last many years, and you could probably get replacements the same size in the future.

Oh, I know they'll last, but they won't be bleeding edge for long. smile

Speakers really don't change much. If they put in decent up front they'll stay decent.

Due to the sensitivity of the sale internal viewings will not be conducted. ???
LMAO - really makes you want to live there! No threats to life whatsoever once you move in! Buyer beware...

I'll pass biggrin
Due to the sensitivity of the sale internal viewings will not be conducted. = Currently a crime scene and the CSI team are still scrubbing the blood and guts off the walls and/or will be a crime scene when you buy it and the previous borrower murders you.

PS 'mortgagee in possession' means the lender has taken over the property - it has already been repossessed.

Other than it being a big black wooden new build thing.

Photo 38 integral triple garage, can you see what I see and also think, why would you have that?

I guess the planning permission will show the 'garage' as an open car port.

He's got roller doors on it so I don't think he would get away with that.

Description is a classic:

Discover the allure of 71 Heol Cadifor, Swansea, Swansea....

Outside, the property impresses with its outdoor amenities......[once you've painted over the 'nonce' graffiti]

My wife, with a strong Machiavellian streak that, to date, I wasn't aware she harboured has suggested that if you see a house you like, but is just out of budget, you could sneak up in the middle of the night and paint "Nonce" and "Paedophiles" (note spelling and capitalisation) all over the front. Then, a couple of days later, you turn up and low-ball the estate agent.

Knowing the area it’s not even particularly cheap without the distinctive personalisation. Would want it much closer to £100k with that association!
