We are pleased to announce the next 2013 VXR Power Event to be held in conjunction with Javelin Trackdays. This will be based on the familiar Thunder Road concept.

The event will allow Performance Vauxhall, VXR and V8's to drive head to head against the clock over a 1 mile Airfield Course with ample run off to ensure that you are able to stop in plenty of time.

This event will be held on Saturday 29th June 2013, with Registration starting at 8.00am, 9.00am briefing for track activity to start at 9.30am till 17.00.

Held at RAF Woodbridge near Ipswich we will be attending with the full VXR Power Events Truck and hospitality.

Included in the £60 price for the day will be our usual VXR BBQ lunch with additional Spectators being able to purchase BBQ for £5 on the day.

The timing equipment will record your maximum speed as well as the time taken to complete the mile, The time starting once you break the start beam not when the lights go green. No need for tyre / clutch burning starts . Its only the speed at the end of the mile that counts. A Static noise limit of 105db must not be exceeded

Please Note , For security reasons everybody entering the RAF base must be pre registered, additional spectators and cars will not be allowed on the day unless they are pre-registered at least 48 hours prior to the event.
