I cycle, Park Lane is part of my commute, and yet I think the Park Lane cycle lane is in the running to be Khan's most brain-dead move ever. It's two lanes Northbound you'd not use it because there is a beautiful cycle lane in Hyde Park. (apparently, that's only for "leisure cyclists", commuters should use the road) and southbound I don't want to fight my way across, If I did I'd use the park and as I don't I want to be on the right side of the road for my exit at the bottom. It also gives me the chance to gawp at Bob Forstner and Aston Martin.

Also a 20mph speed limit on a major dual carriageway highway is stupid.

Fortunately there is a consultation, of course it is written in a way that if you just tick boxes it'll give the answer they want. You need to write in the free text "the restrictions should be removed"

In my response I suggested that they data mine Strava to see what the usage is like.
