So long as you promise to get back to your corner and take more pictures afterwards :-)

Would love to take my toy round there. Perhaps I'll have to ask Andy to organise a trackday there too.

Deal! I must try a trackday in a proper car once. Daily driving at 9/10s must pay off somehow . . .

Not sure what a proper car is, but I've enjoyed taking my toy on the track laugh
(Lowdrag got some good pictures of me driving too)

I'll have a look for sure!

On with the show:

427 Galaxie.

A somewhat smaller V8 in this Griff.

Ollie Bryant looking at ease here.

Although he's massivly quick in his Mog.

Last bit.

I'm done.

Who's considering Spa6 2010?

Prepping the big Webers on the GS Vette for the 6 Hrs race.

I think this is the HEM6 office.

Not sharp but this is what a Ford GT office looks like.

Ford GT.

Cheers, A.

Gregor and me will be there.

Think the HEM6 pic (do you mean the Red Cobra) is not this car as that is a huge interior - think it could be Roger Wills Cyclone (speedo looks like it could be from that).

Shown in the pic is a Chevron B8 being driven by a good friend of mine, overtaking a Lola Aston at Brands in 1981, part of the then Historic GT series.

B8's had 220bhp BMW engines, and weighed a mere 580kg whereas his later B16 produced 300bhp . In the UK and European series he was up against legendary drivers like Didier Pironi, Stirling Moss, Richard Attwood, Alain Prost and many others. Somewhere along the line his own companies advertising (Apollo Race Wear, all over the car) became a nice tax write down since the car was promoting the companys wares in a very direct way whilst allowing him to enjoy the racing.
