Hi,
I'm in the process of buying a renault scenic 2002 dynamique 1.6 and as part of the deal with the Reanault dealer, have got them to throw in a sat nav. Renault are just starting to sell the Takara GP7, and as far as I can see (google'd for it) there is no UK related information on it - its all french. I've not actually seen it yet as I can't get down to see it till Saturday.
I have two questions...firstly, has anyone heard of the Takara, and secondly do you think its a good idea to be buying a product that is only just being released in the UK?
Obviously what I could do is sack the sat nav and get the dealer to drop the price (their saying it costs about £450) on the car then buy a different one seperatley.
