From the BBC -"Once it settled Andrew says he was able to help one lady "screaming in agony" who had a "gash on her head".
Andrew says passengers are being kept in a special part of the airport in Bangkok.
"I will get on another flight, these are very rare occurrences," he says."
Well done Andrew - absolutely awful and I'm sorry this has happened to them. But still keeping it in perspective.

They seem to be heading towards France: practicing for D Day flypast? There are also a load of USAF C-130s up and about, maybe parachute drop rehearsal too?
Last year we spent the week in Normandy (and soon we will again!) where we spent quite a bit of time on the beaches (including a DC3 flight) and we were forever being buzzed by C130s. I as I understand it USAF put these flypasts on non-stop for the week every year.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKAVxVIA5F4
Strongly noisy this morning on south Camb's.
K35R followed by a 767-200 both out of Mildenhall, what's not shown are the two F15's out of Lakenheath doing a bit of loud movements around them.
All passing/banking overhead under 1,500ft before climbing out slightly. Looks like a flypast over the American cemetery at Madingley.
