When I visited the Ruskin museum a few weeks ago, on that glorious day.

I’d never been before, there is so much DC memorabilia, my eyes were all over the place. It’s well worth a visit, it obviously it has its detractors - keep an open mind.

I spotted some really nice photos: donated by a Mr Neil Sheppard.

Gentlemen , please, don’t turn this into a tit-for-tat slanging match.

We all have a shared interest in the subject. Point scoring on the internet is ridiculous.

Neil, you’ve got to remember this is a Pistonheads forum.

A lot of contributors take a really good subject being discussed. And then turn it into a laughable argument.

Because they have little else going on, and it makes them feel ‘Special’.

Best of luck with book Neil.

IMO. There has been some seriously grumpy old men who have visited this recently, who have nothing better going on in their lives . Yet to call out some missing screws.

And complain.

It’s like someone kicking the tires on a second - hand car you are presenting. Each knowing the history.

This isn’t right, that’s not right. I would have done it this way . Totally opinionated.

With an axe to grind. For whatever purpose is hard to understand.

Not K7 related, however, it’s a Jaguar I wasn’t aware DC owned. It was a bit of a surprise to me. I’m a relative youngster on this history and understood his preference was an E type.

This Popped up on my local news feed today.

For some reason I think it’s sale is somewhat fortuitous following recent events.

Having read the article, it does make one wonder how a car like this fell into such disrepair ? Only to surface again now..

Appears great doesn’t it?

Fantastic even. I’m sceptical. As discussed before on every page of this thread.

The sheer logistics .

It’s not going to happen.

In my true Cumbrian accent. “ I’ll go to foot of my stairs”

If it does.

I’m no supporter of Bill, I’m totally impartial ( yet I do think he did a good job) . However, there was a good reason he ran it on loch Faad.
