Remarkably good quality sausages, eggs over easy, and home fries with wholemeal toast, plus a short stack of pancakes to finish on a sweet note … smile

Is that like re-fried yesterday's potatoes, a sort of bubble and squeak without the bubble?

Parking my bean prejudice to one side, a forgetting the American offering, 3 solid submissions this morning.

GabA; showing some unusual restraint on the portion size, but none the less looks very nice.

CdG; eggs as always look on point, nice with the hash, something a little different.

RichB; looks lovely, will set you up for an energetic day of sport, just needs some moutarde.

All just need some greenery, to round them off.

I’ve read that freezing bread then toasting helps reduce the effect of the carbs.

Well you learn something new everyday. I now need to research the impact of frying bread straight from the freezer in lard as that’s my normal route for fried bead.

If it works for toast surely this makes fried bread a healthy choice…
