Thanks for the pm Mandos, unfortunately I'm an existing customer so no good for me.

I've spoken to Sky who immediately offered me 50% discount on cinema plus box sets with my existing sky HD so down to £28 a month, or £41 for the same on sky q, with £65 installation fee for the 2tb box. Both are 18 months contracts.

I'm tempted but it's annoying new customers are getting a better deal, so I'm not sure if cancelling might produce a better offer?
Just to update in case any existing customers are looking for a deal. I called Sky to take them up on the Sky q deal but was told to watch any UHD content I'd have to pay a multi room subscription at £12 a month which somehow made the new cost £61 a month, so I cancelled my subscription just over a week ago.

Today cancellations called me and have given me a much better deal, new 2tb Sky q box, Sky q mini box, multi screen, original bundle with cinema £34.50 a month for 18 months, no other fees.

Now I need a 4K tv.

Currently split between sky and plusnet, as sky didnt offer fibre (although took the original order)

Now saying they offer it (checked with postcode and landline)

£60 month for skyq, variety and cinema, line rental and fibre unlimited, good deal? do better?

Moving house shortly and will need Sky as Vigin not available in new property.

Looking at Sky Q, 4K, 1 additional Mini box, Sky Sports - any deals around for someone new to Sky?

Were there any f+f type deals available? I'm just looking to move away from BT to Sky now.

I'd also be interested if there are any f&f deals around at the moment. My Virgin contract is up at the end of February.

If you haven't got sorted with the F&F codes already, then drop me a PM and I'll help out.
Cheers, Jon

Ben.
The F&F deals are for new Sky customers only (or those who have not held an active Sky subscription for 12 months).
The only deal you could have is to add Sky Q, but that'd more £££ per month.
You could try to 'have a chat' with Customer Services

Please check your 'junk mail folder' - I sent you both an email a couple of days ago and my reply may have gone there.

Just said I was looking to cancel as I couldn't afford it,they first offered to drop the £12 but said it wasn't enough so went through to another dept who took more off.

Think it was around £22 off the TV package I also dropped the phone line back to the basic line rental as its never used that saved another £8.

I sent it via the 'email me' link on your profile yesterday.
It should show up on your email address you have registered to Pistonheads.
Check your 'junk folder', too.
