Wait I'm just catching up... Did he actually say that?! biggrin

Is there a timestamp from the official YouTube live feed?
X-ref with Blib's post about it earlier, to which I replied
Yes, sorry I thought I was watching live, and commenting on here live, but I now realise I'd paused the YouTube coverage whilst I made yet another cup of tea and I didn't want to miss the action.

Does the interrogation 'from the floor' continue after lunch? Or, is she done?

She absolutely knows she is fighting to stay out of jail. There's no way she could have the energy to keep the deflection and whatabouttery going. It must be exhausting to keep up the pretence of "not me guv'nor" for 2 days.

Sir Wyn pitching in with a beautifully pitched disassembly of everything she has been in saying, in his one question, was masterful.

Was was everything done under NDA?

Because it was.

Yes, but WHY was it done under NDA?

Because it was.

You can’t make this nonsense up!
The automaton comment was a lovely jab

He's the real deal. He's as sharp as, despite an appearance of an avuncular uncle (which he may well be also!)

I was sitting there thinking - pretty sure every settlement I have ever done has contained confidentiality provisions. I would say every contract as well (hard to say - there have been a lot over 20 years).

Can't ever remember stopping to ask myself if that was relevant. I'd better start!

That was how to eviscerate someone in public, with no blood!

"Another Lie... well we'll move on!" Brutal!

When is Vennels up? Hope this guy's gonna have a crack at her as well! Will have to catch up later, I've got to go out... to the Post Office.

I sincerely hope she gets her day in a crown court, finding a jury that doesn't just want to move to straight to sentencing might be a issue though.

Blimey, been watching all morning (and all day yesterday) I'm exhausted. Fair play to her, she doesn't give in, she's been under relentless pressure.

Would it be fair to say, I think she's been lying throughout, particularly today, but despite all the resources of this enquiry they haven't nailed her down on a single thing? (I'll be surprised if the post-Panorama letter to the Asian gentleman stands up though).
