If all the blues have gone, there's a 100% chance she'll pick a red. And vice versa. The odds change with each round.
bks.
She picks the box at the start. When there was a 50/50 chance of doing it.
It's the same every round.
The odd's don't change. She's already chosen it. When it was 50/50.
The only exception to that is the one mentioned above.
When all the reds have gone, you definately have a blue.
But it's was 50/50 all the way till you could prove otherwise.
When you have proved otherwise it's 100% one way or the other.

But the odds never changed, it was 50/50 until you could prove it.

Come on, it's not that hard... Each round the odds change depending on the ratio of reds to blues left. teacher

ETA: but I agree they may as well just pick one box at the beginning.

They DO pick one box at the beginning thats the point.
They pick the box when there is an equal number of reds and blues.

FFS, if you haven't watched it don't comment on it smile

So what happens during the game is an irrelevance, they have already picked the box.
50/50 choice of a red or blue box. No matter what happens after.
