Looks like you own the space under half the archway. It would be tempting to build an annex of 2 storeys inside it.

A studio apartment for £5,000 in London???

The catch is that you have to excavate it yourself.
Description
The property comprises a development opportunity to create a lower ground floor flat beneath an existing mid terrace house arranged over ground and two upper floors.
Accommodation
The buyer will be required to excavate the area below the ground floor in order to create a new self-contained flat (subject to obtaining all relevant consents).

Five grand for a plot in London doesn't sound that awful. You've got to admire the entrepreneurial spirit there.
I bet once the digging starts they'll wish they asked for more though.
I very much doubt the shark selling this "opportunity" is the poor sod who lives in the house above it, paying rent to the aforementioned shark.I bet once the digging starts they'll wish they asked for more though.
