Like a time capsule - Can imagine an elderly lady has lived there all her days. Nice little plot - so live in it whilst building, then re-purpose the cottage.

Weird one - no internal viewings?? Wonder what happened - internal pics look like someone just upped and left. Still Mr Kipling cake box on the kitchen etc. Streetview shows in 2011/2012 it being a nice looking new build although its for sale in one of the pics and then just looks like it fell into disrepair.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/147701777#/...
Other than it being a big black wooden new build thing.
Photo 38 integral triple garage, can you see what I see and also think, why would you have that?

It's mad isn't it. It's a new conversion so it must the current owners who did it, and there's all manner of carboard and things put down to make it less uncomfortable and the put the motorbike on it. In the time they have been there did they not think, hmm I think we need to put a proper floor down.

That's actually nicer than half the twaddle some people post on the pawn thread Photo 38 integral triple garage, can you see what I see and also think, why would you have that?

Not so sure about the fake wisteria over the master bed, but hopefully that isnt included in the sale anyway, and yeah, the garage really deserves better than all that junk, a gravel floor with just a single motorbike and mower inside to boot!

I'm a practical kind of chap so I like it. Triple garage next door to Bedford Autodrome. I like that! I get a thrill of hearing cars on track but not sure whether it would become an irritation in time.Photo 38 integral triple garage, can you see what I see and also think, why would you have that?

No floor on the garage would not be a problem for me since it would just be a shelter for the cars. I'm not mechanically minded. But I can understand some on here who would want to put a car lift and do their own stuff given the space and height.
The simple interior layout which most would say lacks character is practical for me. I like bare clean spaces. Granite kitchen and tiled bathrooms for wear and tear and easy maintenance.
