You said 'Dark' urine. Just get a pee test at the docs, if you've had it 6 yrs a little while longer ain't gonna matter. Here's the NHS guide to 'pee' colours. Oddly, on staying hydrated, they say 6-8 'mugs' a day. I suppose that depends on the size of your 'mug' (cup, not face!).
