One to avoid is the site at Budle Bay lower down the hill - the only site that we've left early. Absolutely crammed in, filthy facilities, and very little suitable dog walks from the site. And it was one of the most expensive that we've stayed in. Run away!

We rarely use sites, but did actually stay a couple of nights at Westfield Paddock, just inland from Seahouses, last year. It's near a much bigger one, but that one didn't appeal at all.
I seem to recall Westfield Paddock being quite pleasant.
Oh, edited to add, good walks/dog walks direct from the back of the site, in case that's a requirement.
Edited again... The gaffer just told me it's adults only. Oops. Sorry.

It's a few miles north of Bamburgh so it might not be quite right for you, but the Barn At Beal is a really good site, we've stayed there several times, it's right by the road over the causeway to Holy Island. It can be a bit windy sometimes, so best to check the weather forecast before you put any awnings up.
