I normally only play for things I’d want to keep (super cars included, at least for a summer!)

That ones got me thinking it would have to be the cash- that would pay not only to put a very nice car on the drive but also pay off the mortgage AND cover moving to a house with a bigger garage.

Not a criticism,..just an observation.

Does anyone else see a lot of crossover between the prizes offered by DCG and 7 Days Performance on a (very) regular basis?

Tonight for example...Blue McLaren with double prize of blue VAG performance, Tiguan R vs RS3 in this example.

Yes it happens quite often especially with the double prizes- they can often be uncannily similar- and not always just those two sites.

I always presumed that whoever was running the sites had done their homework as to what is desirable as a prize and come to the same conclusion.

Lad, I know has had another win on Revcomps. Got himself an M135i. He sold the Golf R he won a while back but glad to say he's keeping this one.

Interesting insight into the history of 7days and problems faced over the years, they are on track for £75m-100m this year and are looking to expand into different countries.

I’ve had a few very low odds autodraw wins lately thanks mostly to a few credit draw wins with RevComps. Good to see a few extra charity autodraw comps at the checkout page too.

What did you win? I usually only enter for cars and skip the other stuff

Free to enter iPhone 15 competition just popped up on Rev Comps. They don't normally do free comps on a Tuesday as far as I'm aware.

First time I’ve entered a revcomps one. £300k is too much to not choose I think. I don’t think you could sell the cars for anywhere near that combined?
You get another 30k as well if you take the cars - you'd easily get 250 for the Lambo. RR straight to WBAC and pocket the cash + the 30k

I have tickets on this one - I'd be taking the cars. I'd run the Lambo for the summer and then sell it. Although I may need to smash some bricks off my wall as the drive entry is a tad narrow !

It's their 5th birthday so they are having an extra freebie every day this week (email just received from them)

Check out Aurotrader, most expensive similar Lambo is 235k. No way you get anywhere near 250k. 200k at best.

I always thought the cash alternative appeared roughly the value of the cars minus the extra cash that was added if the car was taken.

£300k does seem a pretty generous cash alt, I normally play for the cars but would be taking the cash on that one- a new house (we’re looking at moving anyway…) mortgage free and probably still have change to get myself a nice sports car as a consolation prize.

Must admit I'd not done any homework, just assumed that the Lambo is worth more than their cash offer. I better get thinking and doing some homework then - as I will be winning them tomorrow night ;-)

DCG not processing bugger all lately. Dumped thousands into them over the years, and the fact they can't be arsed to process a postal is a bit much.

Will move my spend to Revcomps from now on.

Fair play Rev Comps. Just had my postcard for the lambo & RR processed. Wasn’t expecting that to be honest as it was nearly sold out & they probably didn’t need to process postcards for it. Top marks. DCG & 7 days take note.

(And yes I have purchased two more tickets through the paid route for those that aren’t a fan of the postcard entries)
