I keep coming back to the idea of wanting an 812 Superfast. I'm going to try and go ahead with one and already made it a goal for 2024.

I absolutely love the look of them and want a black one, with black wheels. Always thought a first Ferrari purchase would be red but here we are.

The main thing is, do the values seem stable and likely to hold up? I hate losing significant money on cars and would like something I can keep for a year of so with minimal loss.
If you are worried about values, you will take a bath on a black with black wheels 812, not a good look. If you are value concerned buy a 2018/2019 pre GPF car.
Black on black is an incredible spec IMO....

OP - I wouldn't wait to buy this...I'd sort it in a super quiet dealer period just before Christmas and get the best deal you can and then just enjoy the car. If you buy well you can sell well.

Also, I'd be getting a Novitec exhaust fitted pretty much as soon as I got it. Keep the old one for the 'ooo resale' brigade biggrin

I think the 296 GTB is tanking because people want to move to a GTS, I know someone who has taken a £50k hit to do just that.
I think they will stabilise around the £220k mark. Seems a fantastic car but technology just seems to improving so rapidly that each new model eclipses the previous one. That’s the risk to residuals.
This is about where they are now

Some on here seem to know the market well. Went to view an 812 SF at £235k with 3k miles. It actually stacked up to be the same monthlies as a used 720 spider due to the GFV.

Thoughts on the next 24months with them? F12’s are starting to climb, so it feels that maybe 812 is going to sit north of £200k for a while?

So much want.

May will bring the successor.

I expect prices will remain relatively unaffected given the price of the incoming car is expected at £350k starting. Potentially a small dip with 812s coming to market as people come out of them for the next car.

I'm also looking at getting into one shortly.

Visiting Egham again this week. They have been very good to be fair. Treated me with respect as a new-to-brand potential buyer.

So roughly pricing in a £150k GFV on the deals I am being offered. So ends up £24-2700 a month. Ouch.

High interest rates hurt financing. Is that through Ferrari financial services or someone else?

Fyi Ferrari don't do gfv, it's a lease purchase and there is no option to hand the car back, it's just a compulsory balloon payment

Interesting. Mind sharing the details of the finance offer? Curious what price quoted is, deposit, interest rate.

Have you haggled on the price at all? I got a decent chunk off my F12 I bought in August and free PPF thrown in along with new tyres.

Wasn’t yours the 80 mile one from HR Owen at £230k? To be fair there was a lot of room to be able to get a deal, since end of Jan, they are not up for any movement on F12, hundreds not thousands. Most dealers have seen 812 Replacement now and know it’s price and are seeing a strong uptick in F12 movement. Dick Lovett have sold 4 in last 7 weeks, all types of mileage. Anyway, this is an 812 thread.

83 miles I think it was but was advertised at more than 230. Surprised if no movement in price for any of these used though, 812 or F12 although perhaps because lots of people want a v12 to get in the line for f167 then maybe.
