Any one had experience of 612 headlights in europe? Are they flat beam by design? Or is there a setting you can change like on them? Stickers not an option as the car will be imported to Spain so has to be proper change but obvs I'd rather not have to buy new headlights

This suggests there are not different headlight part numbers for lhd or rhd markets https://www.ferrariparts.co.uk/diagram/ferrari/612...

Yeah, I saw that after posting above, but then on eurospares it's looks like there night be LHD options, which is a bit bizarre. Although I guess maybe that's for US cars which maybe different legal reqs? Kinda bizarre this info isn't easily discoverable!

The dealer selling the 612 I'm looking to buy kindly sent me this (and other images) this evening. Beams look pretty flat to me, so subject to the pre purchase inspection confirming, I'd tentatively say no need to buy new lights <furiouslycrossesfingers>

Is that main beam or dip? I was always under the impression that main beam is flat but that dip goes to the left in RHD car and to the right in LHD but I could be completely wrong.

That's dipped, main beam photos I have show it appearing to be uniformly higher on both sides. But like I said, it'll have to be tested properly to be sure!

Incidentally, if it is just a but left or a bit right rather than up and down, that sort of implies that you could adjust it out if you needed to, as all headlights should have the ability to be tweaked like that I would have thought to ensure they'll pass MoTs etc

They won't be from 50ft away. Those will dazzle if you're driving on the right hand side of the road.
