A good friend of mine has asked if I can get a valuation for his Ferrari 308 as he plans to sell it to reduce his collection.

The car is a very rare spec which includes the following>
1976 GTB,UK RHD, Fibreglass body, Dry Sump, V8, Silver paint with red leather and red carpets.

Same owner for 30 years and four previous owners.

Mostly Ferrari SH but due to reduced competence with the classics specialists were used more recently.

The car has non standard Rial 16 inch wheels which are pretty cool but not original.

The car is MOT's and used regularly and could be driven home.

The car would benefit from some work on the metal frames inside the doors and perhaps a respray but not essential.

Valuations welcome but I can see the PH ads myself of course.

What mileage as that will affect to some extent - if you are aiming for the collector market & money it would need to be shown with the correct wheels and probably through a dealer who can offer whatever work the purchaser requires to meet their idea of what the car should be
It has done 80k miles. I should have menioned that. The silver is original. For what its worth its a decent car and same owner for 30 years speaks volumes.
