It's a little tighter than the Clio, but doable. I fitted some wall protectors to the other side to prevent the door fouling the wall, which has worked. Getting in and out is easy, but the fact I'm a lanky streak of piss helps.

I'll see what I can do. Although the exhaust note on start up isn't that impressive really

I was going to ask about reversing. How 8s the visibility and placing of it given the absence of sensors etc?
It’s odd but 30yrs ago I could reverse a transit van into a tight space but over reliance on ‘aids’ these days seems to have recalibrated me!

It's not too bad actually, although I do try and avoid reversing at all costs!

Sorry to hear about your mate. Lovely purchase there, just wait for the hints from family/friends/neighbour's about what a great car it would be to take their kids to prom.

Shows, horribly uncomfortable for me, would never do one, even arriving at hotels on a rally i park as discreetly as possible and cant get away from my car quick enough hehe

Even arriving back at the car i make sure the coast is clear, we are very different to most lambo owners though & each to their own.

Car looks lovely btw, even next to the Av it holds its own imo.

Yeah funny you should say that as I have two rules when I visit car shows; do not make eye contact with anyone and never, ever look interested in a car because the owner will invariably bore the life out of you

I'm going to prepare a fake 85 slide presentation on a tablet about my car for next time I'm at a car show/meet. biggrin

"This is when I picked up the car in 2021."
"Here's why I decided on this car."
"This is the underlying reason for the production of the car, and I quote..."
"Here's the history of production from inception through to the roll out of the first car..."
"Here are 18 key differences in the engine design from the previous model."

I attend a reasonable number of car shows / events with my cars, always happy to talk about them but will always wait for someone to ask a question, would never dream of instigating a conversation - hopefully an approach that means I do not bore anyone

"Here are some interesting stats focusing on MPG for the last 100 journeys, including average speed, total time and distance travelled, and of course how long I spent at each destination. I will categorise them into drives out and trips to places. The subcategories for the latter one will be trips to Waitrose, trips to my local shopping centre, trips to work and trips to the pub. I will also give my personal pub rating out of 5 and include the average rating on Trip Advisor and Google Maps."

That's so true!

I looked at a Viva HB at a local car meet and got collared by the owner who gave me the whole cars history including details of what bits you got paying another £40 or so for an SL. If I hadn't been standing up I would have fallen asleep. laugh
