Hi you lucky later speed six engined car owners.
Here we have what is generally an excellent car and feels taught, engine no rattles sounds epic and goes very well. Brakes are great and overall feels really well maintained.
Looks like rodents have attacked the interior at some point so in need of replacement but seats are really comfy and the drivers love this car.
What TYRE pressures do you guys suggest for this car on these tyres. Sorry I forgot to check sizes but what’s the general consensus please.
Appraisal comes via only 9 customers who came to drive this car and 6 of them wanted extra laps and all thought it fantastic. None were owners before although a number said they’d always wanted to drive one. 6 out of 9 is nearly a record for any car there. I was the instructor biggrin

It’s lethal in the wet if you apply the throttle in the wrong place but actually lots of grip and already has the reputation for being the most frightening car there and by heck it goes.
I quite like how it has controllable torque and yeah I love that hp at the top end.
Is it safe to rev it to 6000

It sounds like the best car there and stands out a mile.
I just thought it would be nice to share that smile

Of course it's safe to rev to 6000. So long as its all warmed up. If it's on track you should only be shifting when the change up lights tell you to smile

I didn’t know there were any change up lights, haha. This is a whole new ball game from my humble but brilliant Chim.
I prefer my ear and so far I’ve only ran it upto around 5500 but had it upto about 110 mph a few times. The brakes are really well suited and stop the car well.

The point about the spider wheels is a good shout.
I feel there’s an issue with a wheel balance or wheel itself as there’s a subtle vibration at speed I’m trying to identify.
Need wheels off the floor and check bushes bearings etc.

I really enjoyed the onboard screen and watching engine parameters.
Water 89
Oil pressure at a hot idle 11 psi or slightly higher
50 psi at anything over about 2000 revs
Oil temp quite low and in the 80’s but I only looked once.

Just to confirm.
I ran the car up from cold at 1500 then 2500 then 3000 revs and it quickly came upto about 60d before I did some practice laps in the rain. The car came back a steady 89d
What oil temps from cold do I want before using the car hard. Often the car will stand for 1/2 hr and cool down to a water temp of 60d before being used again.
What oil temp would you be comfortable with before accelerating hard.
