Bought Flooded Aston Martin from Copart

Hi, i am from germany and bought an aston martin volante from copart in usa. Now after several weeks the car came endly to my in germany. It was an run and drive car with very low flood. Now after trying to start the car didnt start. Con rod cylinder 12 is broken. it has an am09 476 hp engine. Not opened the engine yet but my question is would anither aston engine with more hp fit this car for example an am11 engine? What are the differences. Have found an am11 engine but dont know it will fit my car. Any help is appreciated.

I suggest you try posting the question on six speed online (american based forum). There are more folks on there who would have experience of engine swaps etc, and they will be familiar with the vendor of your car and what if any comeback you may potentially have. Also a good idea to put as much detail and history into your opening post as possible.
