Is this done by the same people who make Next Car Game? The physics and tech demo level look incredibly similar.

Still in early access but coming along in leaps and bounds, version 0.32 just dropped.

Incredibly active dev team, has come a long way over the years. I've logged an embarrassing amount of hours on this game.

Its an automotive sandbox, off-roading, trucks, drifting, police chases, crashing, time trials, you name it and you can probably do it in Beam.

The only downside is the physics are so incredible that it makes the like of Forza and Assetto Corsa feel like Outrun in comparison.
