Hi there Dark, cannot comment as yet as i have been restoring it for 7 years!! And today was the 1st day i have used it properly other than taking it for a MOT on Thursday.

I brought the car 7 years ago but did not drive it as it was quite rough, to be honest I will be embarrassed to take it tomorrow as I have not had time to clean and wax it as it has been stuck in the workshop for the past 7 years.

Driving it is hard mainly due to the gearbox is “stiff” but then my F430 is a manual and takes about 3-4 mins of driving to warm up where the 348 seams to take a good few miles and then it can be difficult to get the gears if you are not “pressing on”

But like I said I have only done about 70 miles in it today and it has been stripped down and rebuilt so there is a bit of bedding in going on.

I was all ready to wash my 330i today - vacced it out and then it peed it down so I'll be turning up in unwashed
