Hi'ya Bob, seeing that I'm not able to be at the event on Sunday due to work, would you be able to pack the banners up & drop them off at my house in leyland please, or maybe even at Jc28 M6 which would be easier for you? Thanks.

Another attendee for Saturday, Richard Turner in a Mitsi Evo. At this rate I may have to start turning people away!!! Thanks to everyone who's put their names down so far. If you haven't already done so, can I ask you to send me an S.A.E. along with any passenger payments ASAP please.

Also, how about displaying a short description of your car in the windscreen so that the public will know a little bit more about your car? Just an idea. Thanks.

Hello Dom, just catching up now. Your car pass will be with you probably next week, so if you're able to, it'd be good to have your car on the stand. At the last count, we've got 16 cars for Saturday & 12 for Sunday. Thank you everyone clapclapclap

Below are the instructions that I've received from Cholmondeley. I'll try & set the banners up on Friday evening, otherwise I'll be there at around 07.45. Cheers.

Hi Lawrence,

Is it too late to be able to appear on the PH stand? I already have my entrance/paddock tickets but I'd like to be with the PH lot.

Thanks,
Matt

Not long to go now! Any ideas how we are setting the stand out yet and what happens if it rains? Will we need some sort of gazebo type thing?

For those of us coming on both days are you staying locally/camping or going home for the night?

Well I've 3 PH banners and will be at the venue for 07.45 to set the stand up. As for a gazeebo, I won't have any room in the car, but if anyone who's coming for the weekend has one that they'll be able to bring along that would be appreciated.

Bid online to ride a helicopter with Caroline Gough-Cooper to the Pageant of Power event on auction site: Buy Once Give Twice

Hopefully the weather will be kind this weekend - I'll be there on Sat on the AM stand.
Being there before 08.00 is some ask on a Saturday (or Sunday) morning!
Cheers

The cars all packed ready to go including a gazeebo to keep the sun off yes. As I haven't had anyone ask to the whereabouts of their ticket(s) I'm assuming that the Royal Snail has done a good job? Looking forward to meeting you all. One last thing, there will be a collection box where a token gesture (£1) would be appreciated to help pay towards the return of the PH banners please wink. See you all on Saturday and for those of you who are just doing the Sunday, enjoy it as well. Thanks.

I'm almost ready, going to give the car a good clean and polish tomorrow! I'm also going to do a fact sheet type thing just to stick in the window.

As Lawrence said, I'll be there all weekend, shall be booking into a Travelodge or something Saturday night.

I'm sure I can stick a quid in for the return postage. Looking forward to seeing everybody and their cars!
