Oh and that's some collection of pommy cars - only missing a Morgan! The S3 was a bit modified, quite loud and not as easy to drive quickly and smoothly. Was also lighter and felt a bit smaller. The Golf is a bigger car, but even stock is probably a bit faster. Hardly any lag from the turbo and has a lot of potential.

Pommygranite, I raced a Morgan +4 in the mid 60s & love them dearly.
I did think about one when I started restoring my Triumphs, but our roads out here are so rough you'd never keep one on the ground/road.
Do I pass as an honorary Morgan owner, I was a foundation member of the Oz club, & a past president, a long time ago.

Currently driving a Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T with a few mods (should be around 300BHP, maybe a touch more). And a Toyota Prado 4.0 V6 for the family. Just picked up the bike - a Yamaha YZF-R6.

My Carrera 4 and Maserati 3200Gt. Love them both for being so different to each other. The Porsche has been lightened and the engine output increased to 295hp. The Maserati is putting out just over 400hp but has all the creature comforts for long distance cruising. regards, Neil

It's a 1990 Carrera 4. Engine rebuild about 20,000 km old. Vitesse Racing MAF conversion with a custom chip. Dynoe'd at 295 hp at the flywheel Design Tek Racing exhaust. No Cat or Heat Exchangers. Fixed back leather Recaro Pole Positions KW Variant 3 Coilovers Full interior retrim with factory carbon fibre panels. Pirelli PZeros for the road and a set of Yokohama Advan R Comps for the track. Lost of minor mods... Absolute labour of love and a huge grin every time I get to drive it. Neil
