I love it!!! Just having a bit of Gorgonzola and it's very tasty!

Topic's prob been done before but I couldn't search so .. what's your fave?

I need new cheese to try

No "obvious" innuendos thankyou laugh

Mature Cheddar - don't like any other varieties really.
Maybe a bit of smoked cheese which goes well with minted aubergines though

Or haloumi is lovely!!

I like the Mexicana (Monterey jack (I think) with chillis, peppers etc.) toasted on v thick bread. Is even better with some pepperoni slices on top yum

Neal's Yard are just up the road from me so I tend to work my way through whatever they have! Anything made with un-pasteurised cow, sheep or goat's milk usually floats my boat. Oh and melted cheddar too! :lick

You know, once i was using an airline while eating my lunch, the airline went off by accident and I blew cheese all over my radio.

Lancashire cheese is nice and has a different texture to your standard cheese. How different do you want the cheese to be?
