Epoisse de Bourgogne.

Smells like a wet fart in a rugby players' changing room, but is rather tasty. The runnier, the better.

Na... get the brie that comes in the wooden box and place some pieces of garlic in it, put back in box and into oven on 100 degrees until all melted, take the lid off and eat by dipping in french crusty bread...

Another favourite is french stick, pesto, green and black olives and emmental on top, place under a grill until melted... take out and eat.
