I have been looking for personal cover for breakdown insurance for UK (home)and also Europe (holiday home) for a few weeks a year.
I wanted personal cover so I had both car and bike covered.
Snag is although most companies do personal cover, only the main vehicle is covered in Europe. The 'other vehicles' you get with personal cover are UK only.
Anyone got any recommendations for a decent provider for UK vehicles that will do personal cover including Europe as well on all vehicles?

After a few hours of shopping around I think I have answered my own question so for the benefit of anyone else looking:
For TWO vehicles including decent UK and full European cover for both, the best bet is not personal cover but to cover the vehicles on a named vehicle policy.
Best deal I could find was Green Flag which for car and bike (any driver) was £108 for both with - I hope - £25 cashback still to come via the 'topcashback' web site, so should be £83 if the system works. Not bad for both with 90 days European cover included.
That covers both vehicles in Europe and pre trip drama's so the cover is pretty good.
Mind you it was only £7 to add the second vehicle so wouldn't look as good if you were to do just the one.

Just as an afterthought but topcashback had a few deals on breakdown cover - AA looked pretty good for UK only.

ADAC Plus Cover. Covers you in any vehicle, anywhere in Europe. There is nothing better.
