The BCCI made it very hard to buy tickets..I’m guessing that final being in Ahmedabad and not one of the more established cricket cities like Mumbai or Kolkata made the travel and accommodation logistics more complicated for overseas visitors too. That the Barmy Army hardly bothered to arrange anything says something about the accessibility of the tournament I’d say.
