I also rate Martinez more highly - right now - than Alvarez and don't see Alvarez having enough snap and power to stop Chavez who seems to have his dad's chin! I must admit, I think I am slightly favouring Chavez too, although I think Martinez is the more skilled fighter. It would obviously be a big ask for Alvarez to step up to fight Chavez (especially given the 20lb situation mentioned above) but, as an event, I think it could be one of the biggest fights of the last two decades, especially if Chavez could beat Martinez...!

Or because Freddie Roach was away at the time? i got onto the fact that khan was drawn into a slugfest without a lot of provocation.and got wobbled at least once ,maybe twice.even with a headguard.when he boxes smart he is a joy to watch but when he gets all brawley he's too easy to tag.i remember at one point he got a word in the corner and promptly came out with some gorgeous body shots crisp and clean that obviously hurt the other guy.

Caught the weigh in on boxnation.
Over 2.5 stone heavier than Haye, but that's not really anything to go by. Haye has always been trim, I think he walks around in good shape too.
I can't see Chisora outboxing Haye, he really needs to corner off the ring and get Haye up close and personal, but I can't see him having the footwork to do that, Haye isn't slow on his feet.
And Haye definitely can punch. Haye UD for me, however, it's a heavyweight boxing fight, so anything can happen.

Beat him perhaps but I'm sceptical of his ability to KO Khan even accepting that Khan is vulnerable when he comes inside to mix it up.

Interestingly Haye had said in the clip of the trip to Luxembourg that he was eating all the time to stop going back to Cruiserweight, yet Gary Logan - from inside the camp - siad on the Bunce show that Haye had blown up and had moaned for a while at being stuck at 16 1/2 stone and not able to get lower?

Just seen that Haye-Chisora will be a 10-round fight, not 12!!! WTF - in that case, I demand 1/6th of my ticket money back!!!
