The 'Glacier Girl'

There is something I find hard to explain about this picture & aircraft..just stunning! Especially considering its history..

Saw a documentary about the retrieval of that plane from the glacier, really impressive feat!


Have a niggling suspicion these will have been posted somewhere in the myriad of pictures in here, apologies if so!

Come on, who is he.

The plane is a North American T-2 Buckeye - used for many years by the US Navy as a basic trainer.
