UK asylum seekers expected to be flown to Rwanda

Well, at least the Refugees Minister has (had?) his finger on the pulse;

Refugees Minister Lord Harrington declares there is 'no possibility' refugees will be sent to Rwanda, despite reports.

Good, I wonder if the bleeding hearts on here have actually experienced the "diversity" these boat arrivals bring to the area they're settled in, these are not women and children from a war torn area but male migrants looking for an easy ride.
What's so dangerous in France that they can't stay there? Oh yes I imagine the French don't put them up in hotels and pay for domino's pizza.

Nice little vote winner for this cesspit of hatred.
Luckily, they'll never legally be able to do it.
Interesting point of view, someone walks into your house uninvited ,what would you think/ do?Luckily, they'll never legally be able to do it.
Someone 'walks' into the country uninvited, you consider this ok?

It is very sad that the UK is seen as an easy target. What's so dangerous in France that they can't stay there? Oh yes I imagine the French don't put them up in hotels and pay for domino's pizza.

I like it, especially if it has the added advantage of the human rights lawyers who live off our taxes representing them having to live there too. Mind you as they would be paid the Rwanda local rate for the job I doubt there would be many takers...
And don’t forget the people traffickers who give the economic migrants a loan , they won’t be getting that back if their customers are straight on a plane to Rwanda !!Vanden Saab said:

It seems quite important to you that asylum seeks should not have access to legal advice why? You also seem to have something against human rights lawyers why? Byker28i said:

I don't know what to say.
Why are we treating people so badly ?
It’s a vote winner! Why are we treating people so badly ?
It’ll be a colossal waste of money.
Immigration has soared up the list of concerns of Conservative voters since the boat migrations started to get significant and over half had it as their number one issue. Patel is regularly among the least popular ministers amongst polls of members mainly as she is seen as someone who talks a good game but is doing nothing about it.

You are aware these people have passed through many safe countries prior to crossing the Channel. ?

It’s not.Nice that you support immigrants putting their lives at risk trying to cross the water from France, and the lining of the pockets of people smugglers.

In other news, the government have promised to send illegal immigrants to Mars on one way ships so they can prepare the planet for mass immigration due to the cost of living squeeze and various wars. Boris Johnson will announce this far sighted triumph when parliament reconvenes. Nobody will believe him, instead assuming this wild and highly improbable claim is as improbable as everything else he says.

What a ridiculous idea. Creating new not-concentration-camps-really in the third world.
If we are to intercept boat traffic across the Channel, we should put them on the Isle of Wight. I bet that doesn't happen either.
Not that ridiculous as third country processing is the Australian solution that many have called for the last three years or so, while the government was busy with empty gestures, such as blustering they will send in the navy or the like. If we are to intercept boat traffic across the Channel, we should put them on the Isle of Wight. I bet that doesn't happen either.
They have at last realised that this is the only solution consistent with remaining within the UNHCR. Interestingly enough if you believe Cummings it was also the solution being discussed at the highest levels nearly two years ago but Bojo was putting a stop to it then.
It has been very successful for Australia in deterring migration by boat.
