Then found the thread had gone well strange, odd thread to derail indeed.
Especially when a 14 year old, most likely on their way to an average school day, has been killed. Yet some prick makes a sword attack about their bizarre lifestyle choices and psychotic dog.
It should serve as a lesson to all to take a step back before hitting 'submit'. The ones who instead double down really need to take a break from the internet.
As pointed out on LBC this morning. From first call to the arrest of a violent suspect...22 mins.
That is sterling work.
Horrified about the death of the young boy though, his poor family
The two police officers injured have had extensive surgery and now have months if not years of rehabilitation. The young woman police officer nearly lost her hand!

The ARV bases are central/inner London and at 7am it would be shift changeover times
The location of this incident is right on the edge of the Met Police boundary, in fact the Limes farm estate behind these side roads is actually in the Essex Police area
They must have travelled some distance at warp speed to get there as quickly as they did plus it’s the early morning rush hour
Surprised the car didn’t disintegrate when it got there !!
If they have it that's some onboard footage I'd love to see, in the moment, knowing what's happening the driver must have been giving it absolutely everything. I worked for the police years ago. The armed response were based at HQ. As a newbie you got a tour of the armoury and got to speak to the guys. The cars they had weren't the same as when they left the factory, they had been turned up to 11. The entrance had this massive metal barrier that was slow but had some special mode when they need to leave that mean it just dropped into the down position instantly. They didn't go out often but when they did it was at warp speed.Anyway this incident yesterday it was 22 mins from the first 999 call to them have him in custody. That's bloody good going. So sad about the boy killed can't imagine what the family must be going through.

BBC reports this gruesome coincidence.
“ The BBC understands that the 14-year-old who was killed in the Hainault attack yesterday was a pupil at the same school as Grace O'Malley-Kumar, a 19-year-old who was one of three people killed in a stabbing attack in Nottingham last June.”
They also report that the boy went to Bancroft school, one of the best in the area.
Also to add I think Barkingside police station (that’s very close) has an armoury.

The murderer was shouting "do you believe in god" before stabbing the boy. Sounds more like a mental health issue than anything motivated by religion.

Do we know anything further on the perpetrator and potential motives?
Well, Laurence Fox is demanding the name on Twitter, so hopefully that should delay the release a while longer.s1962a said:

And now a 17 year old up for attempted murder and 3 injured in a school in Sheffield this morning
Wasn't there similar last week in Wales?
Isn't this the lad there was a 6 week Police hunt for. The Police located him, he was arrested, put before court, and released on bail into supervised accomodation, and guess what........Wasn't there similar last week in Wales?
