Check out this site, which should superheat the urine of many PH'ers..

"One thing that really annoys me about climate change deniers is that they all seem to be old. I’ve yet to meet a single person of my generation or younger who is a vocal advocate of the “climate-change-is-a-conspiracy” brigade. So what is it about the older generation that makes them so prone to denialism?

Apparently, "deniers" should write letters of apology to future generations if Copenhagen fails...

I am speechless..

What a surprise, he's a fking hypocrite:

"Originally from Suffolk, Joel Willans is an award-winning short-story writer who left the UK in 2001 for a year of travelling. He's yet to find his way back. So far, Joel's adventures have taken him to over fifty countries on six continents, from feasting on guinea pigs in Peru to cave kayaking in Laos. Though he's enjoyed the buzz of independent travel ever since sleeping on a Parisian traffic island on his first night Interrailing, he still believes home is where the heart is. He just wishes he had more hearts."

So climate change is bad but racking up 8-years worth of air-miles so you can dick about in Peru is ok?

We can try but I would be very surprised if any comments appeared, green blogs tend to be quite tightly controlled.

"oooooooh nooooooo think of the carbon!"

errrrrrrr what about all the frozen methane that could royally screw the planet over if it all decides to melt?

oh, no, wait, what if warming and cooling are a natural process for this overpopulated planet?

The truly young are busy being systematically indoctrinated by the BBC and the education establishment.

hmmm... and how much carbon has he emitted with all those transatlantic flights? Jerk. I'm 19, and even I'm sensible enough to know that there's bloody hundreds if not thousands of factors that contribute to the earth's temperature. I learnt in one of my lectures the other day that even sunspots can help control the earth's climate, and that round about the 1600's there were hardly any sunspots on the sun, and it caused a mini freeze in the climate. We must face the fact that even if the CO2 is causing any difference at all, which it probably is, it might even be negligible compared to the rest of the forces involved.

Rightly, or wrongly, I left a comment on said blog. I doubt it'll be posted on there:

Now, listen here you miserable damp-patch waste of oxygen (and unwelcome emitter of CO2 from your slack-jawed liberalist mouth). I'm fine with you filling your wellington boots, seeing the world, and contributing to man-made CO2 emissions, as - you are probably no doubt not aware - this trace gas has fk all to do with climate change. What you also fail to understand is that climate changes. It always has done, and always will, no matter how many cars we drive, how much meat we consume, nor how much st-fuelled methane spouts from your mouth and arse. The climate change debate is not over. The "science" is not fking settled as proved by Jones / Briffa / Osbourne / Mann et al, and in fifty years time when you're freezing your drooping man-tits off in the month of July, you'll think to yourself, 'maybe I should have driven a bigger car and consumed more beef'. In the meantime, you keep piss arsing around the globe whilst preaching your environmentalist dogma. Us "older" lot will keep questioning the politics and science behind your blinkered beliefs, and keep getting pissed off with your bandwidth thievery

Home-made damson wine does nothing for my constitution nor patience.........wobble
