Agree on both points. It’s rather… busy. Somewhere.

Difficult to believe that both the interior and exterior belong to the same house.

Really pretty house, garden on the edge of being not quite right and the inside could be cleared in a day by posting a 50% off sale on FB for local oompah loompahs and people who recently bought a davina macall product.

I don't think so. There's a shadow on the top of the arch that you wouldn't get with a mirror so there's depth there. And where could this be on the plan? The external photos suggest different floor heights in the extension, but that’s why the spiral staircase is there.
Still can’t figure it out!

Yep. Why on earth doesn't the EA take the hit of £150, to hire a large skip, completely empty the place, so a walk around vid can show bare rooms needing painting? Also spend an hour hoovering, mowing the lawns, closing kitchen cupboard boards, and putting draws back in.
Finally, as the EA, I'd be asking Google to blur the nonce graffiti. I can imagine anyone being wary of buying a nonces house, for fear of mistaken targeting. Waking up to a petrol bomb thrown through your window aint a great selling point.
What a ridiculous statement. Finally, as the EA, I'd be asking Google to blur the nonce graffiti. I can imagine anyone being wary of buying a nonces house, for fear of mistaken targeting. Waking up to a petrol bomb thrown through your window aint a great selling point.
Should the EA put in a new kitchen and bathroom too?

Of course there are Frida Kahlo pillows in photo 17. Of course.
Could be Conchita Wurst? Pseuds don't half bristle when you casually mention you were unaware they were massive Eurovision fans. But we can't deny the "be your own person" mentality of the decor, at least.

Guy I worked with left to set up in business helping other BTL investors invest. What he does for the money. Finds suitable houses, does all the leg work with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers. Once you own the property, he will prepare it for sale, manage the new kitchen, the garden clearance, the paining and repairs, flooring, advertise for you, vet the applicants, sort out the paperwork and collect the rent, for you....
Is he a letting agent, or more?
Why shouldn't a sales agent, do the prep work as well, for a fee ?
