We're planning our summer 2013 holiday and as we've not been away for while we'd like something nice. Unfortunately we can only go away in the summer school holidays so money doesn't go as far as it used to.

We loved Kefalonia for its beauty and tranquility and were struggling to find somewhere that's small enough to be quiet but large enough to have nice hotels rather than small apartments.

Does anyone have any other Greek islands which would fit outr needs?

Our Greek drug of choice is Vassiliki on Lefkas (less than 4 weeks now )

But others have caught our attention like Kea and Naxos.

Absolutely, we fell across this place whilst there a few weeks back. Really nice and friendly "the real Greece" ?

We even got told by a Greek lady that 'er indoors was having a boy (she is 6 months pregnant - hence not on the usual long haul) had the 20 week scan a week after returning........it's a boy,ok 50/50 guess but it freaked us out!
