Tell us something really trivial about your life Volume 40

How about a special Trivial Anniversary leopard-print Spandex leotard with provision for TenaGent pads?
BonsoirMatin Tootle Monde!
Eet eez eye, Glendoline!
I have successfully completed Session 8/8 of my Cardiac Rehab programme and they have said they are very pleased with my progress, as am I.
Treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, weight exercises, tension band exercises, cardio rep exercises: all gradually ramped up each week, all good stuff!
I am grateful to all of the Rehab Staff for their care, guidance and enthusiasm, they have certainly helped me advance my fitness levels and better equip myself for whatever life has in store for me in the future.
I have asked to go on their extended mentored fitness programme which also includes use of most local authority leisure/fitness centres & swimming pools for a discounted monthly subscription.
Hopefully I will soon receive notification of my start date.
So now it's Onwards and Upwards....
...to bed!

Good heavens you fellas have been busy.
I had an away-day with the Geezer delivering a motorhome to Glasgow to get mended. Lovely day out with a good friend.
The dreaded Volvosaurus is also a victim of the avian bomber command and needs a jolly good scrub. Mostly breeding rooks and jackdaws, with the odd stehawk joining in for fun. All part of the joy of living cheek by jowl surrounded with wildlife.
Speaking of wildlife, in the last few minutes I snaffled a pipistrelle bat in the living room. Goodness knows how they get in. But I caught the little creature without harm in my homemade bat-snaffler and took it outside where it seemed reluctant to leave.
So I got the opportunity to grab a snap with my phone before I gently manhandled it out of the net and released it from my hand. I do hope it got home safely.
I really am very fond of these little fellows.

Good morrow fellow Trivialities everywhere
Aahhhhh, smell that???
It's the weekend getting closer and closer!!!
I wonder what joyous stuff today will bring???
Will it be something someone got wrong?
Will it be something someone else got wrong?
Will it be someone something else got wrong?
Will it be a skilled operator paid top money who can't figure something out for themselves?
So many exciting prospects!!!!
Love the picture 404, they are dear little things aren't they?

Morning all.
Another day of meetings and finalising end of year paperwork.
Yesterday’s highlight was deputising for my boss at a meeting where no fewer than three surveyors spent an hour and a half explaining in great detail their methodologies for undertaking condition surveys.
Fine chaps all of the them, doubtless, and the work very necessary, but it is fortunate that there’s no abattoir locally. I’d have been at the door seeking merciful release from the fella with the bolt gun.

It's one of the reasons I don't go on and on about what I do all day, I don't think anyone would find it interesting.Another day of meetings and finalising end of year paperwork.
