Some decent news about your dad bobbers, hoping it all goes how it should for him and you pal.

Bon weekend à tous.

Loving the Dutch photos there, Byker.
Good news ref. your dad, Bobbers.
And can I confirm whether Battert will undertake the induction for our new HoS? Let's lock the tanks away if so, please and t'ank you.

So the flower festival/ gardens was at Keukonhof. Amazing organisation, no queuing, drive straight into the car park, walk in scan tickets etc.
Probably 30-40k people there today and it's so big it didn't feel busy at all
Left there, dropped of sons girlfriend and her friend at Leiden train station as they're having the weekend in Amsterdam.
Had a stroll around Leiden, another nice town full of canals, shops etc.
So that's Breda, Rotterdam, the Hague, outskirts of Amsterdam, Leiden and back. 2 hour drive each way.
Tired, so into the fritteur at the end of the street for a chicken kebab and chips, washed down with a beer.

I'm back! I've ackcherly beened back a while, and have cooked a nice salmon fillet for my din-dins with broccoli, sweetcorn and a ramekin of cheesy mashed potato, onion, garlic and courgette, all done in my air-fryer. It's simply a far better way to cook, I wish I'd bought one sooner! Faster, cleaner, more energy efficient, what's not to like?
IOTN, There was no Erdinger Alkoholfrei in the Asda delivery but I did get lucky with my Haribo Starmix.
Glad you've managed to update Ivor's satnav, Bobbers, even if it doesn't include all the new 20mph speed limits, low traffic neighbourhood road blockages, revised one-way streets, bus gates, new bus lanes, psychlepaths and the Sarfamton ULEZ zones.

Let patio dry.
Tip bag of dry ready mixed sand and cement on to patio.
Sweep it round with a broom until all the joints are filled.
Go indoors to await drizzle, drink beer and watch box sets of old detective series.

Bobbers that MINI must be a large bag of spanner’s to need a radio that big
He has deliberately filled the car with hiffy equipment, to the point where there is no space for luggage. This is so that, when he and Mrs Bobbers spend time away, their luggage goes separately.
A gentleman's luggage always precedes him.

Just got back from our local Indian after a great chicken madras.
I shot under 100 today, haven’t done that for 25 years, it felt rather good. I’ve had a 25 year break and only taken it up again recently.
Your ruthless handling of the Bren has not gone unnoticed. I shot under 100 today, haven’t done that for 25 years, it felt rather good. I’ve had a 25 year break and only taken it up again recently.
Spiny Norman is watching you, Hammo.
And I've been watching repeats of Bangers & Cash, which this evening featured a visit to see the said character at Solway Aviation Museum.
All good stuff.
